Alexis Russell works with freshwater pearls and Keshi pearls. Keshi pearls can only be found in the sea of Japan, and can take up to 7 years to form. They are known for their one of a kind organic shapes, and lustrous nacre.

Pearls are believed to be the stone of purity, wisdom and loyalty.
