Complimentary 30-Day Resizing on Engagement Rings
Engagement rings purchased through Alexis Russell Jewelry are eligible for complimentary resizing for the first 30 days, including free shipping both ways. The 30-day period begins when the order is received by the customer.
Please note:

Promotional gifts are ineligible for complimentary resizing.

Rings with grooved or faceted bands, eternity rings, or alternative metals (e.g., Tantalum, gold-filled) cannot be resized.

Rings that have been altered by another jeweler are ineligible for resizing through Alexis Russell Jewelry.
After the complimentary period, we are happy to resize your ring at any point during its lifetime. This service is currently priced between $75–$95 USD, depending on materials and scope of work.

Preparing Your Ring for Shipment
Please follow these steps to ensure safe return and full coverage under our insured shipping process:

Once approved, Customer Care will email an insured return label.

Ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label.

Use original packaging when possible; otherwise, double-box for security.

Use the carrier indicated on your return label (USPS or FedEx).

Drop off at a staffed location and obtain a receipt for insurance purposes.

Alexis Russell Jewelry is not responsible for packages left in drop boxes or unstaffed locations.

Lifetime Guarantee
Our products come with a standard limited lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects in material or workmanship. However, please note that this guarantee does not cover neglect, abuse, normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage of a center stone. If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn-out prongs, Alexis Russell Jewelry cannot be held responsible for the replacement of the stone or re-tipping of the prongs. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and strive for perfection in every piece, but we also ask that you care for these delicate creations to ensure years of enjoyment. To maintain your warranty, only Alexis Russell should resize, modify, or repair your jewelry.
Insuring Your Jewelry
To protect your pieces throughout the years, we always recommend insuring your jewelry. You can purchase an Alexis Russell Protection Plan via Jewelers Mutual during checkout. Otherwise, we suggest looking into personal coverage with your homeowners/renters insurance or a third-party policy, such as Jewelers Mutual.
