Customize the Ivy ring with your own personal style. Choose a one-of-a-kind colored sapphire gemstone and metal, and the ring will be handcrafted following your selections. Our sapphires range in colors from pink to purple to green and more!

This Ivy Ring features our prong setting with our signature 7-stone setting. Round white diamonds are prong set on either side of the gemstone, adding sparkle + contrast to this romantic, vintage-inspired engagement ring. Browse all of our Ivy Rings for more inspiration.

About This Style:

  • 1.5mm round white side diamonds frame the center stone

  • smooth, polished round band measures 1.5mm

  • this ring is entirely handcrafted in your choice of 14k yellow, rose or white gold

  • this AR style looks great with stones measuring 9.0mm or less in height + 7.0mm or less in width

Each order arrives in a custom Alexis Russell gift box, ready for gifting, and shipped in discreet and unbranded packaging, without any company names or logos. In-studio pick up is available for local clients.


Domestic Shipping:
• Orders up to $1,000 ship USPS Priority Shipping
• Orders over $1,000 ship FedEx 2-day
• Customers may choose to upgrade their shipping method to 2-day or overnight shipping.


International Shipping:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are calculated at checkout.


All orders ship with tracking and insurance. FedEx shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Please note we are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO or PO boxes.
