About this Stone

Sapphire

The birthstone for the month of September. Did you know that sapphires come in every color of the rainbow, from pink to blue, and everything in-between? At Alexis Russell, we are proud to ethically-source our sapphires from Montana, and Sri Lanka, and each stone is entirely one-of-a-kind.

This majestic gemstone has been used in royal jewelry for centuries, from Princess Diana's ring to the Imperial Crown. Sapphire is said to be the stone of wisdom, and good fortune.
