Of course, if that is something you would like to do we fully support it and can help you find a killer set, but do what is best for you. For instance, I have a beautiful white shield-cut diamond on a 14k rose gold knife-edge band. I know my partner likes the idea of having a similar style but his fair skin looks much better in white gold. So to maintain that cohesive look, while still letting our own personal styles shine though, he opted for the wide knife-edge band in white gold.
