METHOD ONE

Measure Your Finger

Cut a thin strip of paper or use a flexible measuring tape. String works too.
Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger you plan to wear your ring on. It should sit comfortably, not tight.
Mark where the paper meets itself, then lay it flat and measure that length in millimeters using the mm side of a standard ruler.
Match your measurement to the circumference column in the chart below. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger one.

METHOD TWO

Measure an Existing Ring

Choose a ring that fits the intended finger well, ideally one worn on the same hand and finger position.
Using a ruler, measure straight across the inside of the ring in millimeters, not the outer edge.
Match your measurement to the diameter column in the chart below.
This method is ideal when purchasing as a gift. Borrow a ring they already wear on the right finger.
